Kindergarten Orientation 2020

Welcome to the 2020-2021 Kindergarten class at P.S.188Q/Annex! We are planning an orientation to acquaint you and your child with our school. Due to the school building being closed, the orientation will take place online. As we get closer to the date, an invitation will be sent out with instructions on the platform we will be using and how to join the online orientation. This orientation will be for all incoming Kindergarten (gifted and talented included).

At the orientation our Principal, AP, Parent Coordinator and PTA will present information and be available to answer questions. Because the meeting will be an hour long, we ask that this be a parent only meeting. We hope that the orientation will support a smooth adjustment to Kindergarten and that your child will feel confident about his/her new school environment.

Please respond back by Friday, June 19th. As the date gets closer, we will email you a link to access orientation packets. Please review the packet and write down any questions or concerns you may have.
